SALON MANAGER

We’re looking for a confident, operationally minded leader to join our tribe and help shape the future of one of Perth’s most-loved beauty destinations.

This is more than a management role, it’s an opportunity to drive excellence across both studios, inspire a high-performing team, and help elevate a brand that’s setting new standards in beauty and client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled beauty professionals across both studios.

  • Manage studio operations, including rostering, staffing, and workflow optimisation.

  • Drive excellence in client experience, ensuring every visit reflects our high standards.

  • Oversee KPIs, team development, and performance reviews.

  • Collaborate with the Founder and Social Media Manager on brand-aligned marketing.

  • Organise and lead quarterly training to keep the team ahead of industry trends.

  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols are upheld.

  • Be present and available, Saturdays and one late night per week will be required.

Who You Are

  • A natural leader with a warm, confident presence and a focus on team success.

  • At least 5 years of experience in salon or multi-site operations.

  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to drive efficiency and profitability.

  • Highly organised and capable of managing competing priorities.

  • Tech-friendly, confident in POS and scheduling systems.

  • Passionate about beauty and client experience, bonus if you’ve worked in the industry!
