Responsibilities:

• Greet and check out clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Utilize POS software for transactions and appointment management.

• Provide clients with prescription aftercare instructions as needed.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base while meeting KPI targets.

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and uphold high standards of personal presentation.

• Perform a range of brow services, including shaping, laminations, tinting/henna, and hybrid dye coloring.

• Offer lash services such as lifting, tinting, and extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume- handmade fans only), as well as lash removals.

• Conduct facial waxing

• Provide cosmetic tattoo services, including ombre brows, nano combination brows, and lip blush

• * PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM ALL OF THE ABOVE BUT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM AT LEAST 1 OF THE LISTED SERVICES FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED, APPLICANTS WITH MULTIPLE SKILLSETS WILL BE FAVOURED.

Qualifications:

• Certification in one or more of the following services is required: brow waxing and tinting, lash extensions, lash lifts, or cosmetic tattoo services

• A minimum of 12 months in salon experience is required 

• Applicants running their own competitive business will not be considered

• One late night and Saturday per week is required

This role offers flexible scheduling, ranging from 18 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit the needs of the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to work in one or between both of our clinics in Cockburn and Cannington providing a dynamic and varied work environment. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time hours, we can accommodate your availability while ensuring a balanced and fulfilling role.
